The Saints suffered a 2-0 defeat to United away from home at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the star of the show, as the Swedish striker scored both the goals for the Red Devils.
Romeu started the match for Southampton, but the 24-year-old defensive midfielder had to be substituted after just 12 minutes.

The Spaniard has also stated that he is sad that Southampton failed to win against United.
