Southampton defensive midfielder Oriol Romeu has taken to Twitter to bid a fond farewell to new Rangers signing Steven Davis.
Rangers have signed Davis on loan from Premier League club Southampton in the summer transfer window.
The 34-year-old midfielder will be at the Gers until the end of the season.
The Northern Ireland international was on the books of Rangers from 2008 until 2012 before he moved to Southampton.
Romeu, who moved to Southampton from Chelsea in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £5 million and won the Champions League with the Blues in 2012, has hailed Davis.

Good signing for Rangers
Davis is a very good midfielder who knows what it means to play for Rangers, and manager Steven Gerrard has been very smart in securing the services of the former Aston Villa man.
The midfielder will bring experience and quality to the Rangers side who are aiming to challenge Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
