Southampton fans have plenty to be proud of today, as two of their players were called up to the England senior squad by Gareth Southgate.
The England manager has decided to reward both Nathan Redmond and James Ward-Prowse for their good form with a call-up for the pair.
For Redmond and Ward-Prowse it comes after year of good service with the England under-21s, with whom the latter was captain under Southgate.

Combined, the pair have 60 caps at under-21 level and will hope to progress with the senior side.
The call-up has certainly left one of their Southampton team-mates feeling proud.
Oriol Romeu sent tis tweet to the pair shortly after the announcement was made regarding the squad:
Romeu, who has been linked with a potential call-up to the Spanish national team, was clearly pleased to see his Southampton buddies getting the recognition their performances deserve.
Both players have been performing well this season as Southampton again surpass many expectations in the Premier League.
Now both players will be hoping to get their senior international debuts to cement a brilliant individual season for the pair.
