Caglar Soyuncu’s former agent Mustafa Dogru has told AS that Liverpool are the only team he could see the centre-back signing for in the Premier League.
Soyuncu has enjoyed an excellent season with Leicester City, with the Turkish international now thought to be on the radar of plenty of top clubs.
But Liverpool are the only team in the Premier League with the power to bring in the 23-year-old, according to his former agent.
“I think only Liverpool have the power to sign Caglar Soyuncu in the Premier [League] because of his economic conditions,” Dogru said.
If Liverpool were to sign Soyuncu they would have to pay £45 million, according to AS.

That price-tag does seem a little on the cheap side, given Soyuncu’s performances this season, combined with his age.
Leicester received huge money for Harry Maguire, and it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if they valued Soyuncu at a similar rate.
There are question marks over whether Soyuncu would actually be needed at Anfield right now too.
Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk have formed an excellent partnership for Liverpool this term, while Joel Matip provides reliable cover.
