Rio Ferdinand has said on BT Sport 1 (1:24pm, May 8, 2021) that Jack Harrison played well for Leeds United against Tottenham Hotspur at Elland Road today.
The former Leeds star was impressed by the way Harrison, on loan from Manchester City, went past Tottenham right-back Serge Aurier for the goal that Stuart Dallas scored in the 13th minute.
Ferdinand believes that the winger was superb in the first half and has praised the 24-year-old, who can also operate as an attacking midfielder.
The Englishman said on BT Sport 1 (1:24pm, May 8, 2021): “Harrison, who has been tremendous in the first half, he has been their danger-man, one v one against Aurier, goes past him, and Dallas is there to clean up the bit.”
Harrison is one of the best attacking players at Leeds and has been superb for the Whites this season.

The winger scores goals and creates chances, and, like the rest of the players in the current Leeds team, works extremely hard.
Harrison is in his third year on loan at Leeds, and it would make sense for the West Yorkshire club to sign him on a permanent deal this summer.
After all, the Englishman is 24 now, and it is hard to see the winger break into Pep Guardiola’s team at City given the quality players the Premier League giants already have.
