According to Il Messaggero, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Maurizio Sarri as a potential replacement for Antonio Conte.
Speculation has been rife about Conte’s future at Spurs amid talk that he will leave the club at the end of the season.
With Conte potentially on his way out, Spurs need to have a contingency plan in place, and they’re reportedly keen on another ex-Chelsea boss in Sarri.
The Italian is wanted by Spurs, and that may well be music to the ears of Dejan Kulusevski who is a big Sarri fan.
Indeed, upon joining Juventus back in 2020, Kulusevski says that one of the main reasons he picked Juve was because of Sarri’s tactical approach.

Kulusevski moved for Sarri
The Swede spoke about Sarri upon joining Juventus.
“Everyone at Parma helps me to work well, the staff and coach helped me realise that if I work hard, I’ll get playing time,” Kulusevski said on Sky Sports Italy – via Football Italia.
“One of the reasons I chose Juventus was the tactical aspect. I’ve studied Sarri’s approach carefully and I think I can do very well in his Juventus side.
“My favourite player is Eden Hazard, I watched all his games, so I think I can take the role he had in Sarri’s Chelsea.”
Could work wonders
Sarri to Spurs would be an intriguing move, and it may not work brilliantly all-round. After all, he wasn’t fantastic at Chelsea after following Antonio Conte.
However, if Sarri were to use Kulusevski in that Eden Hazard role, he could work wonders with the young Swedish star.
Indeed, Hazard was ridiculously good under Sarri, and Kulusevski is very much cut from that same cloth.
Let’s see if this managerial move happens and if Kulusevski reaches another level under his former gaffer.
