Stephen Warnock has told Sky Sports News (16/08/21 at 12:20 pm) that the rumoured Leeds target Adama Traore is a ‘very dangerous’ player.
But the former left-back also added that the Wolves winger is also a player that is ‘frustrating’ to watch because of his ‘wrong decisions’ in the final third.
It has been suggested that both Liverpool and Leeds want to sign the Spain international this summer, according to 90 Min.
If Leeds were to sign Traore then Warnock labelled him as ‘one of the quickest players in the league’.
“Very dangerous,” said Warnock. “He is arguably one of the quickest players in the league. How do you defend against his pace? It’s so hard to defend against.
“He should finish this opportunity (when bursting through on goal v Leicester at the weekend). Now, it’s about the composure. Just relaxing yourself.
“This is the frustrating part of Traore’s game (failing to make a simple pass across the penalty area). He doesn’t see the picture quick enough.
“He can be quite selfish. Wants to do it himself. He makes the wrong decision and slows it down. Then it becomes a half-chance. Look at Jimenez, he’s frustrated.”

Traore under a Bielsa system would be pretty incredible to watch because their all-action style suits him down to the ground.
Perhaps moving to Elland Road would be a wise choice for both parties.
Marcelo Bielsa has a habit of improving individual players, the likes of Kalvin Phillips, Patrick Bamford, Stuart Dallas and Luke Ayling, to name a few, are just some of the players he has transformed.
