Speaking on BT Sport’s YouTube channel, Aaron Ramsdale has been discussing Mohamed Elneny.
The goalkeeper was doing a segment alongside Peter Crouch in his car, and he was discussing some of his Arsenal teammates.
Ramsdale had nothing but good things to say about Elneny, describing the Egyptian as one of the nicest men he has ever met in his entire life.

Ramsdale loves Elneny
Ramsdale was full of praise for Elneny and his personality, but the conversation came up in a rather bizarre way.
Crouch and Ramsdale were, strangely, going to McDonalds and Crouch asked if anyone in the Arsenal squad would make the outlandish decision to order a Filet-o-Fish from the fast food chain.
“Mohamed Elneny, he’s strange.” Ramsdale said.
“He’s one of the nicest men I’ve ever met in my life, he doesn’t have a bad bone in his body, but his dress sense is horrendous, but he’s the type of person you need in a dressing room.”
Great character
Mohamed Elneny is exactly the type of player Mikel Arteta wants making up his squad.
As Ramsdale says, the Egyptian is a great character and that’s so important for a team looking to challenge at the top level.
As Arteta has shown with his treatment of some notable high-profile stars, he doesn’t want any disruptive forces at London Colney, and Elneny seems to be the perfect type of person to have in the squad.
Yes, he’s not a key player, but he helps the team morale and when he is called upon he does a more than serviceable job for the Gunners.
Arsenal have cultivated a great team spirit over the past 12 months, and it seems as though Elneny is very much at the heart of that.
