Gabriel Martinelli certainly concurs with said idea, as he reserved special praise for his fellow countryman for his leadership abilities and his well-rounded game.
“I think because of him, he makes our jobs (him and Saka) a lot easier”, he told Hayters TV, ahead of Arsenal’s Europa League clash against FC Zurich.
The 21-year old continued, “He always tries to give advice to us, he’s still [only] 25 but he’s an experienced player. He’s a very good guy and one of the captains as well.
“I think everyone knows how much he brings to the team. Everyone loves him.”
In such a short space of time, it seems as if Jesus has managed to impose his influence on his fellow teammates in a positive way.
