Gary Lineker on Newcastle United’s Callum Wilson v Arsenal

Big player
In our opinion, Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson was brilliant against Arsenal at St. James’ Park and had an excellent game.
It was the former Bournemouth striker’s first start since December.
The Englishman has been struggling with a calf injury, but he is now fit.
The 30-year-old was a constant problem for the Arsenal defence and went close to scoring himself.
Wilson was strong and direct, and for a player who had not started at all in 2022, he looked pretty sharp as well.
Newcastle are a better team with Wilson in it, and we saw that against Arsenal on Monday night.
