Joe Hart is reportedly heading for a medical with West Ham United.

West Ham United are poised to tie up their second signing of the summer in Joe Hart – and the Manchester City goalkeeper has hinted at a move on Instagram this evening.

The Hammers have already signed defender Pablo Zabaleta on a free transfer this summer, and he will now be reunited with one of his former Manchester City team-mates.

BBC Sport report that Manchester City outcast Joe Hart is heading for a medical with West Ham, after the two clubs agreed a season-long loan deal for the England international.

Hart, 30, has won two Premier League titles with City and has also made nearly 350 appearances for the club, but was completely frozen out by Pep Guardiola last summer before being sent on loan to Torino in Italy.

Now back at City, Hart still has no future at the Etihad Stadium, and with a medical imminent with West Ham, he has taken to Instagram to hint at his next move.

Hart posted a photo earlier this evening of himself on a train heading for his ‘next adventure’, which is believed to be West Ham as Slaven Bilic prepares to tie up another signing.

Last season, Bilic started and ended the campaign with Adrian in goal, but also used Darren Randolph regularly as he seemingly didn’t feel completely convinced by either of his top two goalkeepers.

Now, Hart arrives to presumably serve as West Ham’s first-choice stopper, and the England international will hope to show Guardiola what he’s missing with a strong season at the London Stadium.
