Liverpool fans have praised Naby Keita for his performance against Manchester City last night.
Liverpool lost 4-0 to City yesterday, with many of their players failing to show anywhere near their best form.
With Liverpool’s title success already confirmed, many of their players appeared distracted.
However, Keita did manage to catch the eye of the watching Liverpool supporters.
Keita only came on as a substitute in the second-half, at which point Liverpool were already trailing 3-0.
The Guinean international did manage to impress though, with his dribbling ability coming to the fore.
And many Liverpool supporters have called for Keita to be given more starting chances between now and the end of the season.
Keita has had a difficult time at Liverpool since joining, with injury really curtailing his progress.
The former RB Leipzig midfielder could have a chance to prove his worth now though.
The pressure is off Liverpool with the title secured, and it could be the perfect opportunity to Keita to show his quality ahead of next campaign, if he is given a run of starts.
