Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after Mikel Arteta shared some ‘massive news’ in his press conference earlier today.

The Spaniard revealed that Kieran Tierney, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette are all in contention to face Villarreal tomorrow.

Now, this is simply huge.

The trio are perhaps three of the most important players in Arteta’s entire squad, and they have regained fitness at the perfect time.

Arsenal’s entire season hinges on tomorrow’s clash with Unai Emery.

Win, and there’s a good chance of reaching the Europa League final, and ultimately, the Champions League.

However, defeat over two legs would mean Arsenal end the season with no trophies and a meagre mid-table finish in the Premier League.

The importance of tomorrow’s game is indescribable.

Obviously, having all three players back in huge news.

However, Tierney’s return is arguably the most astounding.

Arteta himself said that the Scotland international’s season was most likely over when he was forced off with an injury against Liverpool on April 3rd.

However, the former Celtic man has somehow made a miraculous recovery, after it looked like he wouldn’t kick another ball this term.

While we haven’t included any tweets mentioning his name, plenty of fans were singing the praises of Bruno Mazziotti.

Who’s he? Well, Arsenal recently hired him as their new physiotherapist, and it seems like he knows exactly what he’s doing.

The Brazilian has ensured that Arteta can select three vitally important players, just in the nick of time.

Let’s see how the Gunners fans on Twitter reacted to this potentially season-defining news…
