Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after a photo of Fabinho, Thiago and Naby Keita emerged from the AXA Training Centre.
The picture in question shows the trio standing alongside each other in training, as if they were lining up in midfield together.
Understandably, some Liverpool fans have become a bit excited at this image on Twitter, as they’re yet to see this midfield trio start together.
Since Thiago arrived at Anfield, Fabinho has primarily been used as a centre-back, while Keita has been missing through injury quite often.
Thiago also experienced his own spell on the sidelines, following that horrific challenge from Richarlison in the Merseyside derby.
However, the three are all currently fit and ready to take on RB Leipzig in the second leg of the Champions League last 16 tie tomorrow.
Jürgen Klopp could start the trio together, if he wanted.
However, in our view, the German won’t do that while his side are already 2-0 up on aggregate.
We believe Klopp will be conservative, and will probably use Fabinho at centre-back again behind a more defence-minded midfield.
Ultimately, however, who knows? Hopefully we do get to see the trio tomorrow, as they have the potential to cause havoc in midfield.
