Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club posted a wholesome tweet about Hugo Lloris.

After he kept Burnley at bay on Sunday, the 117-cap France international now has 100 cleans sheets in the Premier League.

That is some achievement, and Tottenham decided to commemorate the accomplishment with a heartwarming video.

Spurs’ media team gathered up a number of messages from the players, in which they showered Lloris in praise.

They then sat the World Cup winner down in a room, where he thought he was just going to be interviewed about his 100 clean sheets.

It was a really nice idea from Tottenham, and you could see how much it meant to Lloris as he watched his teammates sing his praises.

He may be liable to an error every now and again, but you can’t deny that Spurs have one of Europe’s best glovesman in their ranks.
