Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club posted a video of Lucas Moura and Carlos Vinicius on the latter’s 26th birthday.

The 51-second footage shows Lucas trying to teach his fellow Brazilian how to say thank you for the birthday messages in English.

After a few failed attempts, Tottenham’s No.45 finally nails it, much to his own delight as the video ends with him displaying a beaming smile.

It was quite heartwarming to see Lucas helping his fellow South American settle into life in north London.

It was also nice to see how committed Vinicius is to learning the language, and the happiness he shows when he successfully repeats what Lucas is saying.

Away from his language lessons, the on-loan striker shows just as much effort out on the pitch with his committed displays.

Despite a lack of game-time as he plays second fiddle to Harry Kane, Vinicius has still impressed in a Spurs shirt.

He’s netted ten goals in 23 appearances, which is pretty good going considering it’s his first season in England and he can’t speak the language too well.
