Olivier Ntcham has made a very bright start to life with Celtic, and was asked what has been the highlight of the spell so far.

Olivier Ntcham has told Celtic’s official Twitter account during a Q&A that qualifying for the group-stages of the Champions League has been the highlight of his Hoops spell so far.
Ntcham arrived at Parkhead from Manchester City for a fee of £4.5 million, as reported by BBC Sport, so certainly needed to hit the ground running given the size of the fee.

But the youngster has certainly made a bright start for the Bhoys, scoring twice in 11 appearances and often leaving many Celtic fans urging Brendan Rodgers to pick the 21-year-old ahead of one of last season’s star players Stuart Armstrong in the middle of the park.

And after being asked by a fan what the highlight of his Celtic spell so far, he suggested that the aggregate victory over Astana in the Champions League play-off round has been the best moment to date.
It is probably little surprise that Ntcham picked the clash with Astana as a highlight. It was Ntcham’s goal 10 minutes from time that really settled the nerves as, while Astana still had a mountain to climb to go through, their 4-1 lead in the second-leg made the game slightly more tense than many expected after Celtic had won the first-leg 5-0.
Unfortunately for Ntcham, he was an unused substitute during Celtic’s Old Firm victory over Rangers at the weekend so probably felt unable to class the game as a personal highlight – but based on how he has started his spell at Parkhead, it will surely not be too long before he gets to experience playing against the Gers himself.
