Leigh Griffiths was the Hoops’ hero for the second Premiership game in a row, opening the scoring on 27 minutes for what was his second winner this week after scoring in Tuesday’s 2-1 win at Partick.
Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic side were not at their free-flowing best, but they got the job done nonetheless and Ntcham, who was brilliant at Firhill, impressed yet again.
The French midfielder, a £4.5 million summer signing, hasn’t always looked a good return for the money this season, but he looks to be developing into a big player for Rodgers’s troops and fans of the Parkhead club acknowledged as much on Twitter.
