Graham Roberts has praised Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Oliver Skipp on Twitter for his performance against Newcastle United at St. James’ Park this evening.
The former Tottenham star believes that midfielder Skipp was “superb” for Nuno’s team.
Roberts has also praised Harry Kane, Sergio Reguilon and Tanguy Ndombele for their performances today.
Tottenham have won 3-2 against Newcastle in the Premier League this evening.
How did Oliver Skipp play?
Skipp started alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in central midfield and was very good in the middle of the park.

The 21-year-old was very strong in midfield, protected the back-line well, and produced a combative display.
The Englishman stopped Newcastle from playing their game and threading balls forward.
The Tottenham midfielder had a pass accuracy of 97.3%, won one header, took 82 touches, made three tackles and one interception, and put in one cross.
Skipp is a very talented player.
And he is only 21.
We know that Jose Mourinho rates him highly, and performances like the one against Newcastle show why.
Perhaps Tottenham head coach Nuno will make Skipp a regular in his team in the coming weeks and months.
