Rangers pulled off a major win on Saturday afternoon, as they beat Celtic 2-0 away at Parkhead.

The Gers made the short trip across Glasgow in search of a huge three points, and a second straight away win over Celtic having beaten them at Parkhead last December.

Rangers were the better side throughout, showing neat interplay in the final third and composure in possession of the ball.

A Connor Goldson brace may not have been how fans expected to win the game, but it’s what they got; the centre back scored in each in half to seal a 2-0 victory for the Gers.

That was no less than Rangers deserved, as they managed to limit Celtic to no shots on target in their own back yard whilst taking a four-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table.

The win meant everything to Rangers fan all over the world, including down in Yorkshire as Sheffield United hitman Oli McBurnie took to Twitter to react.

The Scotland international admitted that it was a ‘beautiful game’, and a ‘joy to watch’ as a Rangers fan.

McBurnie added that midfielder Glen Kamara is ‘really good’ having turned in an exceptional display in the Rangers engine room.
