Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told Sky Sports that he would hang Erik Lamela out to dry if he had been his player.
The Red Devils were humiliated on Sunday afternoon, as they were smashed 6-1 at home by Tottenham Hotspur in an embarrassing defeat.

Spurs were already on top when Anthony Martial was sent off, but his dismissal has sparked arguments and discussions.
Lamela appeared to make contact with Martial first, but Martial raised his hand to Lamela’s throat, and the Argentinian went down in apparent agony.
Martial was given a straight red card, and there was simply no way back for United once they were reduced to 10 men, but Lamela’s actions have been slammed.
Some have accused him of pretending to be injured in order to get Martial sent off, and United boss Solskjaer didn’t mince his words.
Solskjaer sarcastically suggested that Lamela must be having an operation given that he appeared to be in such severe pain, and added just how furious he would be if Lamela did that as one of his players.
“The red is no excuse,” said Solskjaer. “The boy might be having an operation on his throat though! It is a bad reaction from Anthony, but if that (Lamela) was one of my players I’d hang him out to dry going down like that. He shouldn’t react like that,” he added.
