Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club posted photos from training at the AXA Training Centre earlier today.
One picture in particular showed Sadio Mané walking out onto the grass holding his gloves, and fans noticed something different about him.
Some Liverpool supporters seem to think the Senegal international has had a hair transplant.
The Anfield faithful spotted that the £34 million man’s hairline has suddenly moved forward.
If you’re unsure of what it looked like before, here’s a picture of Mané from the 2018/19 season. Compare that to the image at the top of the article, and there’s an evident difference.
We can clearly see that he’s had a bit of work done up top.
One fan joked that he’s gone to see Xherdan Shaqiri’s doctor, after the Switzerland international had his own work done last year.
Such is his status as a well-known footballer, his transplant was even written about in great detail on The Treatment Rooms!
It’s a stretch, but maybe Mané can rediscover his old form with a bit more added confidence regarding his appearance.
The former Southampton man has scored just 12 goals this season, which isn’t awful, but it’s not as good as he’s used to at this stage of the season.
He’s also gone seven Premier League games without a goal, which is unlike him.
