Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after the Daily Mail revealed that Marcelo Bielsa has paid for a gym to be built at Elland Road.
What’s the story?
Well, we didn’t think Bielsa could get more likeable, but we were wrong.
The Leeds boss has paid £150,000 out of his own pocket to ensure the staff at Elland Road have a gym, in order to keep themselves fit.
The Daily Mail believe Bielsa is keen to look after the wider staff at Leeds, as well as his players and coaching team.
Interestingly, the 66-year-old’s wife is an architect, and has helped to design the facility which has been put in place at Elland Road.
The gym has weights, treadmills, bikes and rowing machines along with pictures of the Yorkshire countryside.
There are also showers and a changing area.
It also has ‘Marching On Together’ printed across one of the walls.
Staff are said to be delighted with the new facility, according to the Daily Mail.
Leeds have a special one in Marcelo Bielsa

What other Premier League manager would do something like this?
Forget José Mourinho – in our view, Bielsa is the Special One.
It would’ve been a nice enough gesture for the South American’s wife to design the facility, let alone for Bielsa to actually pay for it as well.
It’s also telling how he thinks about those he doesn’t work with directly.

Bielsa clearly cares about people, whether they’re helping him with tactics, or manning the front desk at Elland Road.
Doing things like this create a family atmosphere at the Club, which is only going to improve morale around Thorp Arch.
It’s fantastic to see.
For now, let’s take a look at how the Leeds fans reacted on Twitter after hearing what Bielsa has done…
