Arsenal fans have noticed that Matteo Guendouzi made himself appear very much a Gunners player on Twitter last night.
Guendouzi is set to return to Arsenal next season as it stands, after his loan spell at Hertha Berlin came to an end.
The French youngster goes into the summer with his future very uncertain though.
It is widely anticipated that Arsenal would be prepared to offload him if a significant offer came in.
However, Guendouzi actually changed all his profile back to being an Arsenal player on Twitter last night.
The 22-year-old now references Arsenal in his biography, and also has a photo in their shirt as his profile picture.
The development led to many Arsenal fans thinking that he may want to stay, and there is a growing clamour for Guendouzi to be given another chance.
Will Guendouzi stay?
Whether Guendouzi will be handed a second opportunity at the Emirates Stadium remains to be seen, but it does seem unlikely at this stage.
Guendouzi showed flashes of quality, but there were question marks over his attitude.
And with Arsenal planning to make midfield additions of their own this summer, the younger may simply not have a place at the North London club any more.
