
Football London’s Tottenham correspondent Alasdair Gold has worried Spurs fans after tweeting about Harry Kane.
Gold tweeted the following on Wednesday afternoon regarding Kane and Erik Lamela’s apparent absence from training.
Presumably, the England international is just being rested by Jose Mourinho ahead of the Europa League clash with LASK tomorrow.
That’s what Tottenham fans will be praying is the case, we feel.
If Kane is injured, then his participation in this weekend’s north London derby would surely come under threat.
Spurs welcome Arsenal to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this Sunday, and if Mourinho’s No.10 is unavailable, then their chances of recording a win will have dropped significantly in truth.

The ex-Chelsea coach can now call on Vinicius to deputise, although there is nobody playing quite like Kane across all of Europe right now.
In just 16 appearances this season, the London-born striker has scored 13 goals and also set up 11 more. 24 goal involvements at this stage of the season is, quite simply, ridiculous form.

Kane may well be fit. At this stage, all we’re going off is a tweet from Gold saying that he couldn’t see the in-form centre-forward training.
