Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s new look was revealed on Instagram.
While on international duty with Gabon, the 31-year-old was spotted in Libreville with a friend, where his new hairstyle could be seen.
Arsenal’s No.14 has abandoned his usual style to instead adopt a braided look, and it does suit him to be fair!
It makes him look like a rapper, something that his friend also seems to agree with as he jokingly tagged him as Travis Scott in the photo!
Whether or not Aubameyang decides to keep this look remains to be seen, although it’s definitely caught the eye of the Arsenal fans on Twitter.
One said that the former Borussia Dortmund striker’s new look is ‘decent’ while another said it’s ‘sick’ – which is a compliment, if you weren’t aware.
However, another supporter was puzzled as to why the Gabon international was wearing Arsenal’s old Puma year.
The Gunners haven’t worn Puma since the 2018/19 campaign, before they switched to Adidas.
Hopefully, Aubameyang returns to north London with plenty of confidence under his belt after changing his look, but also after what he did on the pitch against DR Congo yesterday.
The £56 million man bagged a well-taken finish in the 3-0 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying victory, which should do his confidence the world of good.
