Some Arsenal fans on social media have been going crazy after seeing Mohamed Elneny’s wonderstrike for Egypt while on international duty.
The midfielder scored an absolute banger against Comoros, stroking home a wonderful looping effort from around 20 yards out.
It may have only been against Comoros, but no goalkeeper in the world would have stopped this strike from Elneny.
As you can imagine, the Gunners fanbase had plenty to say about this.
Undertandably, fans were blown away by what they were seeing, but perhaps they shouldn’t have been too surprised.
Elneny may be yet to score his first Premier League goal, but he’s shown plenty of times that he has this sort of thing in his locker, scoring a similarly impressive long-range effort against Olympiacos in the Europa League.
Either way, this goal was mightily impressive, and he deserves all the plaudits that are coming his way after this sort of strike.
