Crystal Palace striker Odsonne Edouard has said on UMM that his former Celtic teammate and Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney is very good.
Tierney joined Arsenal from Celtic in the summer of 2019.
BBC Sport reported at the time that Arsenal paid the Hoops £25 million in transfer fees for the left-back.
Edouard played with the 24-year-old left-back at Celtic and moved to Palace from the Hoops in the summer of 2021.
The Palace striker said about Tierney on UMM: “Yeah, he’s very good. I had the chance to play with him for two years, and I enjoyed. He made a big impact on the left side. He gave me a lot of assists, so it’s good.”
The Frenchman added about facing the Arsenal star in the Premier League: “For 90 minutes, it’s the game, it’s a fight, you know, but after that for sure, I speak with him. I get in touch, you know, he’s still my friend.”

Brilliant footballer
Tierney is one of the best left-backs in the Premier League and is a key figure in the current Arsenal team.
The 24-year-old has had injury problems during his time at Arsenal, but when fit and available, he has been brilliant.
Tierney works hard for the team, is brilliant going on the attack, and is very solid at the back as well.
What is remarkable about the former Celtic star is that he rarely has a bad game.
Okay, so the left-back may not be playing 10/10 all the time, but you would struggle to find a game in which he has not been 6 or 7 out of 10.
