West Ham have endured a bitterly disappointing Premier League campaign this season, and the club’s fans expect Slaven Bilic to make some major moves in the transfer market this summer, in order to reverse their fortunes next term.
Whether the 30-year-old Republic of Ireland international is the man for the job though is debatable.

He is extremely hard-working, and always gives 100 per cent commitment to the cause, but his goal record is far from prolific, having scored just 85 times in 362 career league appearances.
SkyBET believe that he could be plying his trade at the London Stadium next term, however, making the East London outfit new 7/2 favourites to sign the Irishman, listing them ahead of Burnley at 8/1 and Huddersfield Town at 12/1.

Whilst Long is a solid, experienced Premier League player, he isn’t the kind of talent who would be able to help take the Hammers to another level, and would most probably be better suited in either staying on the south coast, or moving to a newly promoted club such as the Terriers.
