The Arsenal man would be a useful signing for Watford this summer.
Popular bookmakers SkyBET have cut the odds on the Hornets signing Gunners full-back Carl Jenkinson, installing them as the new favourites in the race for his signature.
The 25-year-old seems to have no future at the Emirates, with Hector Bellerin considered as by far and away Arsenal’s first choice right-back, and he will surely have to move away from north London in order to reinvigorate his career.
According to the Daily Mail, Swansea City and Brighton and Hove Albion are set to battle for the Englishman’s signature this summer, although the bookies have a different idea.

SkyBET list Watford as 5/2 favourites to sign Jenkinson, ahead of Burnley at 11/2.
The former Charlton Athletic man joined the Gunners in the summer of 2011, for a fee believed to be in the region of just £1 million, but has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular for Arsene Wenger’s men.
He still possesses plenty of quality, however, and would represent a smart signing for the Hornets.
His energetic nature means that he would offer the Hertfordshire outfit an attacking threat as well as providing solid defensive cover, and his presence at Vicarage Road would surely improve Watford as a team.
