Watford are reportedly linked with a move for Bacary Sagna.
The 34-year-old is without a club after Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola decided against giving the defender a new contract at the end of last season.
Watford already have Daryl Janmaat as the club’s first choice right-back, while Marco Silva has added Spanish right-back Kiko Feminia from Alaves on a free transfer to boost his defensive set up.

Sagna would come as a free transfer, and would be a smart signing for the club. The French right-back, who has 65 international caps under his belt, is a vastly experienced Premier League defender who would add depth and quality to Silva’s squad.
What he can bring is leadership qualities in the dressing room and a wealth of experience. At 34, he may not play week in week out, but is still capable of making significant contribution to the side.
Crystal Palace are given odds of 6/4 to sign Sagna, while Southampton are ranked third at 6/1 ahead of Marseille.
