The West Ham United ace has been linked with moves to Aston Villa and Newcastle United.
Popular bookmakers SkyBET have installed the Magpies as the new favourites in the race to sign Hammers winger Robert Snodgrass, ahead of previous front-runners Aston Villa.
The 29-year-old West Ham man has endured a torrid time since moving to the London Stadium from Hull City in January, for a fee believed to be in the region of £10.2 million, and has been heavily tipped for an exit from the club since Marko Arnautovic’s arrival in east London.

And SkyBET believe that the Scotland international could be heading to the north east, listing Newcastle as 7/4 favourites to sign him, ahead of the Villans at 3/1. Next up are Sunderland and Celtic, both at 6/1.
Despite Snodgrass’ struggles with the Hammers, he does still have a lot to offer at the highest level, and a change of scenery could be just what he needs to help breathe fire back into his flagging career.
The 29-year-old’s impact at West Ham has been so minimal that Slaven Bilic will surely be open to offers for the Scot.
And with the Toon crying out for an established winger, it could be a deal that suits all parties involved.
