Wolves have been linked with Manchester City’s Eliaquim Mangala.

Wolves have been linked with a move for Manchester City centre-back Eliaquim Mangala.
Mangala is represented by Jorge Mendes, who has links to Wolves and has helped oversee several transfers into Molineux.
Manager Nuno Santo would relish the chance to get Mangala’s career back on track, having tried to sign him once already.

Portuguese newspaper Record reported how Santo tried to sign Mangala on loan in 2016 for Porto.
Mangala ended up switching to Valencia on loan instead of returning to his former club.

The Frenchman may now be longing for the chance to work under Santo and join Wolves’ exciting revolution as they bid to shake up the Premier League next season.
Mangala, 27, has a point to prove after being overlooked by Pep Guardiola, and his recent spell at Everton did not work out after he picked up an injury after just one game.
He needs a fresh start and a switch to Wolves makes a lot of sense, although he will need to earn his place in the team instead of expecting to walk straight in.
