Tottenham face Wolves for the second time this season on Wednesday evening in the Carabao Cup.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are in the midst of a rotten run of form right now. They’ve lost each of their last two games 3-0, and they’ll be desperate to build a bit of momentum here.
The Carabao Cup is usually an opportunity to rotate, and while we do expect Spurs to make some changes, we can’t see them going down the Manchester City route and playing a team of youngsters.
With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Spurs’ starting Xi for this one.

We think that Nuno Espirito Santo will make seven changes to the team that started against Chelsea.
Tanguy Ndombele, Eric Dier, Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son are the only players who remain from the side that lost 3-0 to Thomas Tuchel’s men this weekend.
Pierluigi Gollini starts in goal, while Japhet Tanganga, Davinson Sanchez and Ben Davies come into the back four.
Harry Winks and Oliver Skipp return to the midfield, while Bryan Gil is handed another chance to impress in the front-line.
Spurs haven’t won a piece of silverware in almost 15 years at this point, and a run in the Carabao Cup may be their best route to ending their long trophy drought.
