Wolverhampton Wanderers brought in a whole host of impressive new signings this summer.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo addressed the media today, ahead of his side’s trip to Leicester City tomorrow, and provided an update on Leander Dendoncker and Adama Traore, suggesting that the former is still not ready to be involved in the first-team squad, as quoted by the Express & Star.
The Black Country outfit have been heavily tipped to take the Premier League by storm this season, and it is little wonder, considering how much money they splashed out on new players during the summer transfer window.
Two of their most impressive additions were arguably Leander Dendoncker and Adama Traore, but neither the Belgian nor the Spaniard featured during Wolves’ opening day 2-2 draw with Wolves.
Nuno spoke to reporters during his pre-match press conference today, and provided mixed news regarding the duo’s hopes of featuring for Wolves against Leicester tomorrow, as quoted by the Express & Star:
“He’s (Adama) available for tomorrow. Adama joined us late, he came with an injury in his shoulder. He was two weeks out, he started training and is adapting and getting better.”

He then went on to talk about Belgian star Dendoncker:
“It’s a different situation. He came really late, after a period of holiday and the World Cup, he’s only one week of training. He has to be fit…he’s not on the list for tomorrow.”
Wolves fans will be delighted to hear that Adama will be part of tomorrow’s match-day squad, and the former Barcelona winger will be desperate to impress his new employers.
