Nottingham Forest’s Lewis Grabban has thanked Aston Villa fans for the reception they gave him last night.

Grabban spent last season on loan at Villa, where he became a crowd favourite.

And even though the striker scored twice for Forest, he was still applauded by the Villa Park crowd.

The reception meant a lot of Grabban, who played his part in a crazy 5-5 draw.

Forest’s Joe Lolley, who is a Villa fan, also posted a message on social media after the match.

Lolley claimed four assists and a goal, as he put in a superb display against his boyhood club.
