Eric Lichaj is an important player for Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest defender Eric Lichaj has revealed to the club’s official website what he is trying to add to his game.
The 27-year-old full-back has stated that during the 2016-17 campaign, he will try to be more attacking than he was last season.
“Last season I didn’t get forward as much as I probably should have done,” the USA international told Forest’s official website. “So this year I’m trying to get into the box more and be an option when the crosses come in.”

Lichaj has been on the books of Forest since 2013 and is one of the most important players in the team.
The former Aston Villa defender has created five chances in seven Championship appearances for the Reds so far this season.
During the 2015-16 campaign, the American scored one goal and created 36 chances in 41 league matches for Forest.

Lichaj is a good player, and him aiming to be more attacking this season is certainly going to make Forest a more exciting team.
The Reds have a decent squad and are aiming to push for a top-six finish in the Championship this season.
Philippe Montanier’s side will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Sheffield Wednesday away from home at the Hillsborough Stadium.
