Nottingham Forest have been linked with the Peterborough United attacker earlier today.

Marcus Maddison could be a brilliant addition for Nottingham Forest, if they can bring him in from Peterborough United.

The printed edition of the Sunday People (08/04/2018 – page 51), has suggested that Forest will go after Posh’s Maddison in the summer.

And he could be a superb addition for Aitor Karanka’s side, if he is brought to the City Ground.

Forest would have to pay up for Maddison, but he would have the ability to light up the City Ground.

The prospect of having Lee Tomlin and Maddison in the same team, should seriously excite Forest fans, as the pair could trouble defences across the division.

Tomlin and Maddison would have the ability to rip opposition sides apart with their dribbling and passing abilities.

Of course, Forest would have to be solid at the back to accommodate them both, but if Karanka could devise a system to fit the pair, then the Reds would have all the creativity needed for a promotion push.

Maddison has provided a staggering 23 goals for his Peterborough teammates this term, and if he could repeat similar figures for Forest he would immediately become a fans’ favourite.
