Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Inter Milan forward Martin Satriano, according to The Athletic.

The Athletic have reported this morning that Satriano, 20, is a long-term target for Championship club Forest.

Satriano is only 20 years of age and has yet to properly make an impact in the first team at Italian giants Inter.

The Uruguayan forward has made four substitute appearances in Serie A for the defending Italian champions so far this season.

The striker’s potential is massive, which is why he has been linked with top clubs in Premier League.

The Daily Mail reported in April 2021 that Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea all are monitoring the youngster, who has done well for Inter at Primavera 1 level, scoring goals and providing assists.

Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig have also been linked with the 20-year-old.

Back in July 2021, Satriano’s agent, Nick Maytum, told Calciomercato that the Inter forward “can play both as number 10 and as number 9” and is like Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

In our view, it is going to be hard for Forest to sign Satriano anytime soon.

Inter will surely want to retain the services of the Uruguayan forward, who himself may not fancy a move to the second tier of English football.
