Nottingham Forest target Omar Marmoush is reportedly interested in moving to the Premier League in January.
Forest tried to sign Marmoush from Bundesliga side Eintract Frankfurt on transfer deadline day but failed with three separate bids.
Marmoush scored 17 goals in all competitions last season and already has three to his name this campaign, and scored a brace in Frankfurt’s 2-1 win against Wolfsburg at the weekend.

According to the Mirror, Marmoush was left frustrated after Frankfurt blocked a move to the Premier League after deeming the £20m offer from Forest as being not good enough.
The Reds have two strikers at the City Ground currently in the form of Chris Wood and Taiwo Awoniyi, with Nuno Espirito Santo keen to add more options.
Several top-flight clubs were prepared to do battle with Forest for the 25-year-old. The likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, and Crystal Palace were all rumoured to be keen on making a move.
Omar Marmoush ‘desperate’ to join Mohamed Salah in England
Reports claimed that Marmoush was set on a move to England as he bids to try and replicate the same career path as his Egyptian international teammate, Mohamed Salah.
The forward takes a lot of inspiration from his international peer, and told the Bundesliga Facebook account in 2023: I’m learning everything from Mohamed Salah on and off the pitch. It’s a great honour to play alongside one of the best players in the world.
“I always learn from him how to become a professional, both on and off the field. He’s like a big brother to me and the other young players. He talks to us about sleep, work ethic – everything. I constantly seek his advice and benefit from his vast experience in matches. Playing alongside him is a fantastic feeling.”
