Nottingham Forest suffered another setback in their fight for survival in the Championship at the weekend, as they lost against Burton Albion.
The result saw their local rivals leapfrog them in the table and in the race to stay in the second-tier.
The hero on the day for Burton was striker Cauley Woodrow. He scored his third goal for Burton since joining on loan from Fulham in January and is now being targeted for a permanent deal from the Brewers.
So, should Forest hijack any deal?
It is reported by getwestlondon that Burton would break their transfer record to sign the player for a fee in the region of £750,000.

That seems a fee Forest can afford for the hard-working striker, who has six caps for the England under-21s, and he would be a brilliant acquisition from Mark Warburton and his recruitment team.
Much will of course depend on whether Forest stay in the second-tier or not, but should they do so then they would be wise to hijack their locals bid to bring in the talented striker. After seeing first-hand what he can do at the weekend, not many Forest fans are likely to disagree.
