Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton.

It has been reported that Forest have asked to take Heaton on loan from Premier League club Burnley.
The report has also claimed that the 32-year-old goalkeeper wants to stay at Turf Moor if he can hold down his place.
Competition for Leeds United
The Sun reported in November that Heaton will consider a move to Leeds in the January transfer window.
Former Leeds striker Noel Whelan recently told BBC Radio Leeds that Heaton will be a good signing for the Whites (click here to read more).
With Forest also reportedly interested in the former Manchester United prospect – who earns £35,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – it seems that Leeds are facing competition for the goalkeeper.

Burnley stay?
Heaton recently started against West Ham United at Turf Moor, and it seems that the goalkeeper could feature regularly for Sean Dyche’s team in the coming weeks.
If that is the case, then it is hard to see why the 32-year-old will leave a club in the Premier League for any Championship teams.
