Nottingham Forest are on the look out for a manager to replace Philippe Montanier.
Barnsley boss Paul Heckingbottom is now the favourite to become Nottingham Forest’s next manager with SkyBet.
Forest are on the look out for a new manager, following the dismissal of Philippe Montanier.
There have already been a number of leading candidates to take over at the City Ground with the bookies, and Heckingbottom is now the favourite at 2/1.

Heckingbottom guided Barnsley to promotion from League One last term, and he has helped the Yorkshire side into mid-table in the second tier this time around.
Forest apparently see him as a potentially good addition, and the bookies rate the 39-year-old as a short priced favourite to take over.
Gary Brazil is currently in caretaker charge at Forest, and he won his first match at the helm against Bristol City 1-0, but his price has still lengthened.

Brazil was actually the favourite to become Forest’s permanent manager, but despite the win over Bristol City, his odds have now drifted to 3/1.
Gary Rowett (5/1), Nigel Pearson (7/1) and Billy Davies (10/1) are also considered potential names who could take over at Forest.
