Tottenham earned a late comeback win over PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday night.

Tottenham Hotspur produced a determined comeback to beat PSV Eindhoven 2-1 at Wembley on Tuesday night in the Champions League to the delight of Spurs fans – and former defender Michael Dawson.
Spurs went behind in the second minute as former Newcastle striker Luuk de Jong scored an excellent header past goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga. From there on in, the game hinged on whether Spurs could break PSV down.
It took Spurs until the last 10 minutes to get the equaliser, with substitute Fernando Llorente bringing the ball down superbly and laying off before Harry Kane stroked home into the corner.
Kane then got his tenth of the season with a deflected header in injury time, keeping Spurs’ hopes alive. Former Spurs man Dawson was covering the game for Sky Sports News, and celebrated in the studio like a fan when Kane scored.
Dawson rose from his seat and the video has gone viral (as per Last Word On Spurs).
The win keeps Spurs’ narrow hopes of qualifying for the Champions League knockout stage alive, despite Inter Milan rescuing a point against Barcelona at the Giuseppe Meazza.
Spurs sit on four points in third, while Inter are on seven in second and Barcelona have progressed with 10. Spurs must beat Inter Milan and hope for something against Barcelona – if not it is likely they will be playing Europa League football.
Dawson, 34, joined Championship side Nottingham Forest this summer on a free from Hull City, 13 years after he joined Spurs from Forest in 2005. Dawson spent nine years with Tottenham, clocking up 324 appearances.
