The Reds summer signing cannot wait to take to the City Ground pitch.

Nottingham Forest summer signing Yuri Ribeiro has taken to Twitter with a passionate message which has helped endear him further to the Reds fanbase.
The 22-year-old became the City Ground outfit’s fourth summer signing when he penned a permanent contract at the club earlier this month.
Ribeiro, a left-back, arrived from Benfica alongside fellow Portuguese youngster Alfa Semedo, the latter joining Forest on loan (official website).
With the Championship season edging ever closer and the City Ground preparing to host West Bromwich Albion this weekend, the defender posted about how he cannot wait to take to the famous Trentside pitch:
Needless to say Ribeiro got a lot of love from the Forest faithful on the social media platform:
Ribeiro progressed through the Benfica academy before he spent the 2017-18 season on loan with Portuguese side Rio Ave, where he made 25 appearances and scored one goal (official Forest website).
He joins the Reds with Europa League experience to his name, having featured in Benfica’s victories over Galatasaray and Dinamo Zagreb in the competition last season, as well as previously starring for Portugal Under-21s, where he played alongside the likes of Ruben Neves and Diogo Jota.
Ribeiro is Forest’s eighth summer signing so far, the full-back joining Semedo, Sammy Ameobi, Tiago Silva, Arijanet Muric, Albert Adomah, Rafa Mir and Samba Sow in bolstering Sabri Lamouchi’s ranks ahead of the new league season.
