Nottingham Forest fans have raved about Daryl Murphy’s display against Leeds United.
Forest picked up a 4-2 win at the City Ground yesterday, with Murphy scoring the final gaol in the contest.
The striker headed home what proved to be the goal to put the result beyond doubt, after what was a dramatic match for Aitor Karanka’s side.
Forest had taken the lead early on, but they eventually had to come from behind to win.
Leeds took the lead in the second half, but Forest showed their powers of recovery to score three more times.
And Murphy’s display earned great praise from Forest fans who watched.
Murphy has actually only been given limited chances at Forest this season, as Lewis Grabban has been in such good form.
But with Grabban currently unavailable, Murphy has stepped up to the plate and proved his goalscoring prowess once again.
