Nottingham Forest fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Ben Osborn against Stoke City.

Osborn featured for Forest in their Championship match against Stoke away from home at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The 24-year-old, who can operate as a midfielder or as a left-back, started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Reds lost 2-0.

The former England Under-20 international tried hard and worked a lot, but he simply failed to break down the Stoke defensive united.

According to WhoScored, Osborn took three shots, had a pass accuracy of 63.9%, won two headers, made three tackles, one interception and one block, and played two key passes.

So far this season, Osborn has made 21 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Championship for Forest so far this season, scoring one goal and providing five assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

The Reds are ninth in the Championship table at the moment with 50 points from 35 matches, four points behind sixth-placed Bristol City.

Forest fans were not impressed with the performance of Osborn and have criticised the 24-year-old on Twitter.
