Nicolao Dumitru has joined Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal from Napoli.
Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the signing of Nicolao Dumitru.
As announced on Forest’s official website, the Championship club have signed Dumitru on a season-long loan deal from Serie A outfit Napoli.
The 24-year-old is a promising striker, and he will be expected to help the Reds in their bid to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
Dumitru has been on the books of Napoli since 2010, but the striker has struggled to feature for their first team so far.
The former Italy Under-20 international has played for Ternana, Reggina and Latina among others clubs on loan over the past few years ago.
The 24-year-old is not a very prolific goalscorer, but he is talented and should prove to be a decent signing for Forest.
Philippe Montanier’s side have made a good start to the 2016-17 Championship campaign and find themselves seventh in the league table at the moment.
