Goncalo Paciencia is said to be on Nottingham Forest’s radar, as Aitor Karanka looks for a new striker.

Nottingham Forest fans have their doubts over whether Goncalo Paciencia could arrive at the City Ground this summer.

Paciencia’s goalscoring record in Portuguese football is hardly remarkable, with the striker hitting the back of the net just nine times in 62 appearances in senior football.
And Forest fans have their doubts over whether the 23-year-old is on Aitor Karanka’s radar.
Forest have already used their contacts in Portugal this summer, with Diogo Goncalves and Joao Carvalho arriving recently in eye-catching moves.
Karanka is known to be on the hunt for a striker, as he looks to improve Forest’s attack.
Whether Paciencia is a target of the Reds remains to be seen, but if he did arrive at the City Ground, he could be another expensive addition for the Reds, as Porto are said to want £6.1 million for the youngster.
