Nottingham Forest fans have been reacting on Twitter to Joe Worrall’s performance in their 3-1 defeat to Fulham on Tuesday night, and it is safe to say that they were not that impressed with the 20-year-old.

Forest went into the game looking to end their recent poor run. Mark Warburton’s men had lost five of their previous six games in all competitions going into the clash against the Cottagers, and they got off to a terrible start.

The home side went 1-0 down thanks to a goal from Aboubakar Kamara before Daryl Murphy equalised for the home side 12 minutes from half-time.

Fulham however, would score twice late on in the second-half to leave Forest facing up to yet another defeat that has left them 16th in the table. And with only a game against an in-form Sheffield United side to come before the international break, Warburton’s men know that they face a tough time trying to go into the break on a high.

One of the players who seemed to attract the most criticism on social media after the game was Worrall, who struggled to cope with Fulham’s attacking strength.

The youngster made some errors during the game, and many of the fans have urged Warburton to drop the academy graduate after his recent run of form, perhaps instead handing Jack Hobbs a chance.

Here is the best of the reaction…
